Please note, all products are your responsibility until they are received by us, therefore we recommend that you use a secure and traceable shipping method. Do I have to pay to return a product?

When will I receive my refund?
As soon as your returned product(s) are received by us, you will automatically be refunded, within 10 working days, to the method of payment used when you placed your order.
